With more than 10 years of factory working experience in China, the recommendations are as follows.
1, We can discuss with the Chinese factory that the sample fee can be arranged but need to go through the process and approval, this procedure is usually about 1-2 week, so can the factory arrange to send the sample first? After all, time is money.
2, in the case, the leather good samples cost is not high, whether we can discuss with the factory to send their model free of charge; our side bears the cost of international express delivery, so I believe that many factories with sincere cooperation are acceptable.
3, in the case that the cost of the leather good samples is relatively high, we can discuss with the factory to bear 50% each, and we will bear it on our side of the international express delivery; we sure the Chinese factories that have sincere cooperation will agree also.
4. Before the factory sends the leather goods samples, the sample’s price must be determined with the factory, which is very important. It is also an issue that Chinese factories are more concerned about. Besides, whether the sample fee will be returned after we place an order is also clear with the factory.
5. Because it is the first time cooperating with a Chinese factory, we do not have an international express account (DHL, UPS, TNT.Fedex..). Under such circumstances, you can ask the factory to arrange to send the sample on its own. The Chinese factory will have a cooperative freight forwarder, which is generally cheaper.
